How renting works
Wear a beautifully made piece for your day without keeping it in a wardrobe forever. Here is everything that happens between choosing your outfit and sending it home.

Choose your piece and dates
Pick a size, a start date and how many days you need, from 3 to 10. You will see the full price before you send anything.

We confirm by email
We check the piece for your dates, then email you to confirm and arrange payment. Nothing is charged until we agree the details.
- 03
Wear it, beautifully
Your outfit arrives cleaned and pressed by courier, or you collect it from us. Try it on as soon as it lands.
- 04
Send it back
Return it on the last day of your rental. We handle the cleaning, check it over and refund your deposit.
The rental terms
Plain and short. If anything here does not suit your plans, write to us before you book.
- Rental length
- Every rental runs for 3 to 10 days. The rental price covers the first three days, and each extra day adds the daily rate shown on the piece.
- Refundable deposit
- Each piece shows its deposit. You pay it with the rental, and it comes back to you once we have checked the piece in after your return.
- Cleaning is included
- Every piece is professionally cleaned and pressed before it reaches you and after it comes back. Please do not wash, steam or iron it yourself.
- Normal wear
- A little dust on the hem or a loose thread is part of a good day and costs you nothing. If something is badly damaged or not returned, we will talk to you before taking anything from the deposit.
- Late returns
- Please send or bring it back on the last day of your rental. Each day late is charged at the piece’s daily rate, because the next bride is waiting.
- Delivery or pickup
- Choose courier delivery, with a courier return, or collect it from us and drop it back. We share the exact details when we confirm your booking.
- Paying
- Sending a request is free. We confirm availability by email, then send you payment details. Your booking is secured once payment arrives.
- Booking ahead
- The earliest start date we can offer is 2 days from today, and you can book up to a year ahead. We keep 2 days between rentals for cleaning.
Buying a piece
When you want to keep it
Every piece that shows a buy price can be yours to keep. Open the piece, switch to Buy, choose your size and send a purchase request. We will confirm your size, arrange payment and either deliver it or have it ready for you to collect.
Need a small alteration? Mention it in your note and we will tell you what is possible before you pay.

Measure over light underwear with a soft tape. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one and add your measurements to your request.
- Bust. Around the fullest part, with the tape level across your back.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
- Hips. Around the fullest part of your hips, feet together.

Questions, answered
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you know your date. Each size of each piece can only be with one bride at a time, so popular weekends go first.
Can I try a piece on before I rent it?
Yes. Fittings are by appointment. Send us a note through the contact page with the days that suit you.
What if it does not fit when it arrives?
Tell us the same day. If another size is free for your dates, we will do our best to swap it for you.
Can I rent for longer than 10 days?
Rentals run from 3 to 10 days. If you would like it for longer, buying it may be the better choice, or write to us and we will see what we can do.
Do I pay when I send a request?
No. Sending a request costs nothing. We confirm everything by email first, then send you payment details.
Can I wear a rented piece for both the ceremony and the reception?
Of course. Many brides choose a gown for the ceremony and a court wedding outfit for the evening. Book both for the same dates.
Can the pieces be altered?
Rentals cannot be altered, but most pieces have some give in the fit. If you are buying, ask us about small alterations when you send your request.
What happens to the collection when a drop ends?
Each drop is made in small numbers. When it is gone, a new season takes its place, so if you love something, request it early.
